Register

Registering is no longer possible through the website. It is possible to register at the registration desk on the day of the conference.

Your registration for this conference is final when:

1) this form has been received                                                                                                                                                       2) the registration fee has been received by NLUUG

The registration fee, including lunch is:                                                                                                                                  
NLUUG members (or members of sister organisations such as the National UUGS) 
E 113,45 (E 135,- incl. 19% VAT)
Non members E 210,08 ( E 250,- incl. 19% VAT)
Students E 25,21 (E 30,- incl. 19% VAT)      
Students must present proof of enrollment (student ID) at an educational institution on the day of the conference. Students who hold a NLUUG student membership may attend the conference free of charge, but must still register.

When you have registered you will receive a confirmation and a invoice by post. The conference registration fee must be paid no later than October 31st 2007. Payment may be made to PG 23.53.318 (IBAN NL77PSTB0002353318, BIC PSTBNL21). Include your name and the invoice number in your payment. When payment has been received your registration is confirmed. If you have not received a confirmation message within seven days of filling in the registration form, please contact us in order to complete your registration.

The first 150 paid registrations will receive a 'thank you' for prompt registration: don't miss the Early Bird gift!

If you have not paid by October 31st, you may pay at the registration desk: there may be delays in processing payment at the desk, please bear this in mind. At the desk you may pay in cash, by debit card or through a one-time bank transfer. If your regular bank payment arrives after the conference it will be refunded.

We regret that payment by credit card is not possible.

Cancellations

Written cancellations are accepted up until 5 days prior to the conference (November 2nd 2007). After November 2nd no refunds are possible. If you are unable to attend in person you may send someone in your place.
